January 11, 2012 Immunization Guidelines for Florida Schools, Childcare Facilities, and Family Daycare Homes

The Bureau of Immunization is pleased to announce the final release of the revised Immunization Guidelines for Florida Schools, Childcare Facilities, and Family Daycare Homes, effective July 2011 and incorporated by reference in amended Rule 64D-3.046, Florida Administrative Code, which became effective December 29, 2011.  A copy of Rule 64D-3.046, Florida Administrative Code, is attached.
